Agent 11

A withered man with few memories left and an undying hatred for the T.A.C.O.  He was once an Agent working for them and he hates being called Agent 11, but it’s the closest thing he can remember to his name.  Calculating and possessing an incredible intuition, he fights to stop Agent 67.  Despite his hatred for the T.A.C.O, he finds Agent 67 incredibly fascinating and repeatedly tries to convince him that he is on the wrong side. Is he an Agent of chaos or a man who knows more than everyone else? Only time will tell.
