Agent 68

Once the brightest of the T.A.C.O, Agent 12 was promoted to the level of District Supervisor.  Though he never quite seemed to be himself after the death of his former partner Agent 11.  When Agent 11 returns, he returns to active duty as Agent 68. A cunning man, one never quite understands his goals.  It will be interesting to see what happens with him indeed.
